"I attended the orientation workshop after my father passed. I had no idea what half the documents in his filing cabinet meant. The session explained everything in straightforward language and the glossary has been useful several times since. I wished I had known this service existed earlier."

"As a foreigner with property in Thailand and assets in another country, the paperwork situation for my family was complicated. The Records Organisation Package gave us a system that makes sense — everything is labelled, and my wife now knows where everything is. The process was calm and unhurried, which mattered to us."

"What I appreciated most was that no one tried to push us toward any particular decision. They laid out the terminology, pointed us to the right departments, and left all choices with us. For a situation as sensitive as this, that approach made a real difference. Would definitely pass this on to others."

Rattanaporn Nirun

"My mother had collected documents for forty years with no system at all. Three sessions later and everything has a place and a label. The checklist they provided showed us three documents we didn't know we should have — that alone was worth it. Calm, professional, and clearly explained at every step."

"We used the Archive Programme for our family foundation. Decades of correspondence and minutes had piled up with no index. Nattapol and the team catalogued everything over about eight weeks and the index they produced is genuinely usable. We now have a structure that our staff can maintain going forward."

Wanpen Phothong

Samut Prakan, Thailand

"I went to the workshop without being sure it would help — I thought I already understood the basics. I was wrong about that. Several terms I thought I understood turned out to have specific meanings in a legal context that I had not appreciated. The session was genuinely informative, not just a repeat of things I'd already read online."

Case Studies

A closer look at how three different clients worked through their documentation situations.

Family in Bangkok — Orientation Workshop

Timeline: half day | Service: ฿3,500

The Situation

A Thai-British family received estate documents following the death of a grandparent. Terms like probate, letters of administration, and beneficial interest appeared throughout. None of the family members had encountered these in a Thai context before.

What We Did

A half-day orientation workshop — four family members attended. We worked through each term as it appeared in the documents they brought, explained the role of the relevant Thai administrative bodies, and produced a customised version of the glossary with their specific terms highlighted.

The Outcome

The family reported feeling equipped to have a productive meeting with their legal representative the following week. The customised glossary remained a reference point throughout the months that followed.

"We finally understood what we were being asked to sign."

Single-Parent Household — Records Package

Timeline: 3 sessions over 2 weeks | Service: ฿9,000

The Situation

A client managing a household alone after separation needed to bring order to years of accumulated paperwork. Documents were spread across multiple folders, bags, and drawers. Several important items were suspected lost.

What We Did

Three sessions across two weeks. We sorted all paperwork by category, labelled each section clearly, and applied our standard document checklist. Two documents the client thought were missing turned up during the sort. A written summary of the system structure was produced at the end.

The Outcome

The client reported that finding a document now takes a fraction of the time it previously did. The checklist also identified three documents that needed to be obtained — which the client followed up on independently.

"The system they set up is something I can actually maintain."

Cultural Foundation — Archive Programme

Timeline: 9 weeks | Service: ฿30,000

The Situation

A cultural foundation operating in Bangkok had accumulated over three decades of minutes, correspondence, photographic records, and project files. Staff turnover meant that institutional knowledge was fragile and important records were difficult to locate.

What We Did

Nine weeks of structured cataloguing, during which all holdings were assessed, categorised, and indexed. A digitisation plan was produced recommending priority items and a practical workflow for scanning. Two staff members were orientated on the index structure at handover.

The Outcome

The foundation now has a searchable index covering all holdings. The digitisation plan is being implemented in phases using internal resources. Staff can locate records in minutes that previously required extended searches.

"For the first time, our archive is an asset, not a liability."
