Retention: Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client service records are retained for 5 years from the date of the last engagement, after which they are securely deleted.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: we use third-party tools for email delivery and website analytics. These providers are contractually required to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy.

- Physical documents shared during sessions are stored securely and returned or destroyed at project close.
